Using Quest Browser, practices can download and run a comprehensive Miquest Query Set, and analyse the results in the embedded Report. The queries are currently based on version 4.0

The reports establish how your practice is progressing towards the required level of recording

Generates registers for

	CHD
	LVD
	STROKE/TIA
	HYPERTENSION
	DIABETES MELLITUS
	COPD
	EPILEPSY
	HYPOTHYROIDISM
	CANCER
	MENTAL HEALTH
	ASTHMA

Automatically measures the practice achievement against each clinical category, calculating points earned.

Allows the practice to complete the Organisation, Patient and Additional Services sections (simple Yes/No answers) to generate points in those categories.

Generates a complete report of all patients with incomplete records. Practices can see who the patients are, and what needs to be done.

A comprehensive printout of the contract shows the practice's achievements

Your Achievement (yellow column) is automatically filled in, and the points (green column) calculated.

The exception report identifies elements in the patients records that are 'missing'. In the screenshot below, a value in a column means the record is incomplete. Thus Test Patient 1 below needs a flu jab, a review and smoking cessation advice. Test patient 4 needs a BP check and smoking cessation advice. A value greater than one means the patient is in more than one clinical group requiring that measurement. Thus Test Patient 6 needs a BP check that has been flagged up by two different clinical categories (eg CHD and Stroke)
