IM&T DES and faulty Miquest Interpreters

TCR have modified their QUEST Interpreter to work directly with iSoft Premiere, Synergy and System6000 clinical databases.

Quest Interpreter is a full-blown miquest interpreter engine licensed by several system suppliers as the miquest solution for their clinical systems.

The introduction of this latest mapping allows practices with iSoft practice based servers (not hosted servers) to use an alternative miquest solution if their on-board solution does not work reliably.

How Does It Work?

You install Quest Interpreter on a PC in the practice, and configure it to operate as Premiere or Synergy/S6000. You can then run miquest queries in the interpreter, and the data is read directly from the server. There is no need to run a refresh or rebuild since the isoft miquest program is not used.

Any Miquest query sets (including the IM&T DES national query sets) are able to be run.

The loading on the server is minimal since the processing is all done on the local PC.

You may configure the Interpreter to point to your Report Server instead of the Clinical server if you wish.
