Extracting GP Data for RISC and Health Numerics Long Term Conditions Applications.

Quest Browser provides a complete solution to GP data extraction for Long Term Conditions. 

TCR have provided the GP tools to allow the required clinical system information to be extracted, packed, encrypted and delivered to the Health Informatics Service, and transformed into the required format for import into United Healthcare Europe databases. 

TCR anticipate providing GP data extractions suitable for use with the King's Fund PARR toolkit when their specification is complete.

This solution provides GP practices with a massive, ready-built audit mechanism. Along with the UHE Data Extraction mechanism, practices receive dozens of ready-built audit packages, and a mechanism for electronically delivering anonymised returns  to PCT's. 

The software also supplies data collection for DIGITAL RETINAL SCREENING for both Digital Healthcare and Orion Screening solutions.

The PCT's are provided with a bespoke audit service. Requests for computer-based reports and returns are replaced with an audit stored on the Quest Browser web site. Practices download the audit, run it on their system using MIQUEST, and the audit automatically generates the required detail. Practices can see personalised data which highlights issues and problems. When they 'press the button', the anonymised summary data is transmitted to the PCT and stored in an aggregated database for further analysis.

The Quest Browser audit tools already provide PCT's and Clinical System Suppliers with integrated solutions for nearly 1000 practices. Work is underway integrating Quest Browser with EMIS LV, GV and PCS.
